How long does my order take to ship?

• Processing Time: Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

• GTA (Greater Toronto Area) Delivery: Once shipped, your order arrives the same day.

• Rest of Ontario & Canada: Orders typically arrive 1–2 business days after shipping.

• USA Orders: We ship via USPS, and delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $100—no code needed. For everything else, we’ve secured great rates to keep shipping affordable. And for our GTA customers, we offer same-day delivery for $8.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. We're working hard to make Florés available in more countries soon. Stay tuned!

Due to the unique nature of our products all sales are final. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@floresboticario.ca within two days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the damage, along with a photo. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a reimbursement or a replacement.
