Shipping and Returns

  • If you need to make a change to your order, contact us at info@floresboticario.ca with your order number within 24 hours of placing it. We'll do our best to accommodate you. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • Here’s what to expect:

    • Processing Time: Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

    • GTA (Greater Toronto Area) Delivery:Once shipped, your order arrives the same day.

    • Rest of Ontario & Canada: Orders typically arrive 1–2 business days after shipping.

    • USA Orders: We ship via USPS, and delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days.

    Delivery Tip:
    Please double-check that your delivery address is correct. Use the additional info section at checkout for any special delivery instructions.

    All Sales Are Final
    Due to the unique nature of our products all sales are final. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

    Damaged Items
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@floresboticario.ca within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the damage, along with a photo. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a reimbursement or a replacement.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $100—no code needed. For everything else, we’ve secured great rates to keep shipping affordable. And for our GTA customers, we offer in-house same-day delivery.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. We're working hard to make Florés available in more countries soon. Stay tuned!

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We're not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're not liable for any loss or theft that may occur afterward. That said, if something doesn't feel right, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

If your building doesn't have a concierge or secure place for deliveries, we recommend requesting a signature for your shipment. You can arrange this by contacting info@floresboticario.ca‍ ‍after placing your order.
